Ms. Sanders is a co-founder of the firm. She brings over 30 years of experience to the firm working with clients of all types and sizes. Carolyns emphasis is in the areas of personal and corporate income tax planning and preparation, estate planning, as well as business succession and valuation, and litigation support. Her clients are primarily in the agriculture and service industries. Mr. Welch is also a co-founder of the firm. He has over 23 years of experience working with small and middle-market companies. David is responsible for coordinating services and providing tax consulting, tax planning, tax examination, estate planning and financial accounting. He also provides new business formation consulting, including the important choice of entity selection. His clients are primarily closely-held companies in the manufacturing, retail and agriculture industries with revenues ranging from 250 thousand to 15 million. Mr. Wallis joined the firm in 1985. He has extensive knowledge in computer hardware and software selection, retirement planning, benefit plan selection, and in consulting businesses in their acquisition and expansion decisions. His emphasis is providing solutions to clients in financial distress and tax planning and preparation for oil & gas, agriculture, ministers and construction. Greg also works with new businesses, helping them meet their registration requirements, developing a business plan, and creating a budget. As individuals and as a firm, we are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. We also submit our firm to a periodic peer review administered by Certified Public Accountants in our region.
