Founded in 1961, Coleman & Associates consists of seven professionals and two support staff members. Since its inception, we have resolved to adhere to the highest standards of the accounting profession while meeting the needs of our clients. Accordingly, we are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society and we subscribe to their codes of professional ethics and abide by their rules and regulations. Our client base is diverse. Primarily we provide tax and accounting services to small and medium size business enterprises with revenues up to $100 million. We have extensive experience working with client organizations in the construction, real estate, retail, service, and manufacturing industries. We also serve a variety of nonprofit organizations such as trade associations, governmental agencies, and business associations. Coleman & Associates has established working relationships with a network of attorneys, management and pension consultants, and insurance advisors.
