Wiesenberg CPA, MBA Taxation David Wiesenberg is an honors graduate of University College, London, in England. He qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1973 and went on to become a fellow of the Institute. David worked as an accountant in different parts of Europe until he immigrated to the United States in 1980. He settled in Southern California where he became a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California State Board of Accountancy. David worked for accounting firms in the Los Angeles area until he opened his own firm in 1985 with a vision to create a different type of firm integrating technology with excellent client service.
