Alec Sinclair founded the Practice in 1973. Peter Wood joined in partnership in 1986 and Andrew Walton in 1993. Alec Sinclair resigned in 1995. The practice incorporated on 1 April 1999. On 1 April 2005 Neville Watkins became the third partner of the firm. Our practice is recognised by its clients as the preferred supplier of chartered accounting services and by its staff as an enjoyable and excellent place to work. The practice acts for a number of Maori Trusts and organisations in the East Cape/Bay of Plenty/Waikato catchment area. Clients businesses cover farming, sports clubs, joint venture projects and advisory services. The company has three principals, one associate and employs three managers and twelve accounting and administration staff. This number includes six members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand - five Chartered Accountants and one Accounting Technician. Senior staff members are experienced and competent to meet the needs of our clients. The company has a policy to provide continuing education for all staff.
