Pauline Burling is the sole Shareholder and Director of PM Burling CA Limited. Schooled in Dannevirke, Paulines Bachelor of Business Studies came in 1988 after six years of extra-mural study at Massey University while also working full time. Pauline worked with accounting firms in Dannevirke, Hastings and Waipukurau before forming her own firm in 1989. Pauline doesnt know what attracted her to accounting but says she did have a mentor from early on. She enjoyed working with him and was inspired into doing the same thing - not just the nuts and bolts historical accounting, but working alongside clients to help ensure that not only are their businesses successful, but that the clients personal goals are achieved as well. At PM Burling CA Limited we like to take a holistic approach to make sure that all aspects of our clients lives and businesses are in synch. For it is only when everything is in synch that true success follows naturally. Paulines vision when forming PM Burling CA Limited was to get in there and help businesses with their accounts and make their businesses really work for them. She is still very focused towards this goal.
