We are the only Practice in New Zealand whose members are both Chartered Accountants and NZX stockbrokers of the New Zealand Stock Exchange. We lead a highly qualified and professional team, the Partners, Consultants and Associates in the Firm are either Members of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants, certified NZX brokers or both. We are an Approved Training Organisation (ATO) as recognised by Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Partners are approved Mentors. The Practice was founded approximately 70 years ago by brothers Ken and Don Glendinning. Apart from the founding Partners there have only ever been four other Partners those being Buster Kells, Hugh Glendinning (Ken’s son), Richard Cooke and Keith Wedlock, all of whom are still involved with the firm, Buster as a Consultant and Hugh, Richard and Keith as Partners. In the past few years the firm appointed its first Associate Wendy Wilson.
